Project description
Abbott Laboratories, S.A. has been chosen the winner of the public tender in 5 hospitals in Cadiz county. It is required the modification of the facilities in the 5 laboratories to upgrade the installations to the requirements set by the new equipment. The hospitals included in the project scope are:
Puerta del Mar Hospital, Jerez Hospital, La línea Hospital, Punta Europa Hospital y Puerto Real Hospital. The scope of the actions required in each hospital is different depending on the currect state of the hospital.
Results
The main challenge has been related to the schedule of the activities to integrate the project scope under an operative and living laboratories that can not stop their activity. It has been required to use all the expertise from Ingho to define the phasing of the tasks to meet the hospital requirements and also our customer expectations.
Delivered services
Engineering project and construction management for 5 laboratories, the faciltiies included are: HVAC, electricity, plumbing/ drainage, control, communications and fire protection.
