Project description
Outpatient building “Policlínico” is located in Av Dr. Fedriani, 3 in Seville. It is a centre that is dependant on Virgen Macarena hospital. The 7747 m2 building has got three floors and a basement floors. Ingho has been contracted by the hospital to perform a energy audit focused on HVAC system, lighting and renewable energy sources implementation.
Results
Several measures have been identified and analized for the hospital. The obtained results from simulations during a full-year show an estimated energy savings over 20% for electricity. The results from the measures are translated in a relevant economical benefit and a CO2 emissions reduction about 157 ton CO2/year.
