Project description
Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Victoria in Malaga services a population of 470.000 inhabitants from the province of Malaga. The project focused on the refurbisment and extension of 4 hopitalization units that form the called tower A., this project involves 13.706 m2. INGHO made the engineering project for all the facilities: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, control, coomunications, medical gases and fire protection.
Results
The construction works were developed into an fully-operational area, so it was required a good coordination among all parties to guarantee that the influence of the works on the daily activity is minimized. INGHO worked very close with architects and technical department of the hospital to design a project that would also combine the previous requirements with energy efficiency and reduced operation/ maintenance cost.
