Project description
The new headquarters building for the provincial education delegation of Cuenca is a building belonging to the Ministry of Education of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). The building is distributed in 6 levels, 2 for basement and 4 above ground. This type of administrative building required from continuous changes in the physical distribution of the spaces , which must be adapted to the organizational needs, therefore the flexibility of the installations tu support these changes were the main challenge for our engineers. The floors were designed in modules of 4.8m which guarantees flexibility in the changes of distribution and replacement of elements, screens, ceilings, technical floor, etc.
Results
It is a modern building where facilities have been designed under the concept of flexibility to changes, but without forgetting the criteria of energy efficiency, optimal operation and maintenance. INGHO developed the project of all the facilities of the center: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, control, communications and fire protection.
