Project description
Estepona Theater, owned by the City Council of Estepona, is equipped with a main hall with a capacity for 510 spectators and a semi-covered hall with space to host non-permanent exhibitions. It also has a cafeteria with a shop and an auxiliary room for multiple uses with 100 seats. INGHO developed the engineering project of all the facilities of the Center: HVAC, electricity, photovoltaics, plumbing, control and fire protection.
Results
Flexibility is the main value of the building, the designed project gives solution with solvency to the required requirements while allowing to adapt to new needs. The facilities have been designed by INGHO for its perfect integration with the architecture. It is a project that emphasizes both ventilation and lighting, with special focus on energy efficiency
