Project description
The new Pharmacy School of the University of Seville is a 37,247 m2 building, located in the center of the city and which replaces the old Faculty of Pharmacy. Flexibility is the main value of the building, the designed building solves the required requirements with solvency while allowing it to adapt to new requirements. INGHO developed the engineering project of all the facilities for the Center: HVAC, electricity, photovoltaic, plumbing, control and fire protection.
Results
The facilities have been designed for their perfect integration with the architecture. It is a project that emphasizes both ventilation and natural lighting, with special focus on energy efficiency, where geothermal heat pumps have been installed for air conditioning, as well as renewable energy facilities such as photovoltaic and thermal solar panels.
