Mercagranada directors are aware about the future challenges that they wil have to face next years. Consecuently, Mercagranada requires in 2018 the evaluation of their infrastructures to identify what actions are required to implement to meet the future requirements for wholesalers
Results
Ingho has defined a master plan for Mercagranada, this plan includes the identification of the main retail sector challenges and trends. Future needs are faced against current infrastructures in Mercagranada to define what investments are required to align demand and offer. The master plan also includes the economic assessment of the required investment, the inventory of installations/ equipment, the identification of the main pathologies and the maintenance plan for the future facilities.
