Project description
Qingdao Huanghai Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd is a Chinese company belonging to pharmaceutical sector; they are currently building a Medical Research Campus in Laoshan district (Qingdao city), this Campus will be formed by several buildings where research, teaching and product development activities will be developed.
Ingho FM has been contracted to define the equipment plan for the main R&D building. It is 12 floor building with 42.000 m2 of built surface where R&D facilities and office space will be combined.
Results
The main challenge of the project is related to the combination of the singular building geometry with the functionality requirements of the spaces for R&D. The project is developed in REVIT to show and demostrate in the design phase the reality of the different spaces together with the equipment to be installed.
