Project description
The Torre del Puerto hotel is located on the platform of Levante Dock at Malaga Port, it is a 35-floor building with a height of 123 meters. It will have 352 five-star luxury suites, all with direct views of the sea both from their bedrooms and living rooms as well as from the bathrooms themselves, which acquire a singular attraction. The building will have a large number of services such as wellness spa, gardens, lounges, shops, … as well as a congress hall for 550 seats.
Results
This project aims to be an architectural and engineering reference for Malaga, in which engineering solutions can be shown in energy efficiency, integration of renewable energies and sustainability. The conception of the project has been done to achieve the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), sustainability and energy saving qualification.
