Manuel Gallardo Salazar

“We design projects with a lyfe cycle approach, they must be efficient during the opreation, considering maintenance and considering its environmental impact.”

In 2004 he co-founded INGHO FM and since then he is the technical director. Besides, from 2013 he is working as lecturer in Máquinas y Motores Térmicos department in the Engineering School at University of Málaga.

Manuel has got a deep experience in the maintenance of big buildings, he was responsible for the maintenance management of facilities and electromedical equipment at Costa del Sol Hospital from 1999 to 2004 and also responsible of maintenance and security in the sports centre Martín Carpena in Málaga.

Manuel has participated in many relevant engineering facilities projects in big buildings, new construction and big refurbusiment/ extensions.

He is expert in facility engineering in big buildings and has participated in different conferences for professionals and researchers.

He has also participated as coauthor of different technical books and scientific papers, he is member of the technical committee at AENOR joining the following working groups: 3 “Buildings”, 4 “Energy and environment”, belonging to CTN 178 “Smart cities”, and also member of the technical committee at ATEAN (Andalusian Energy technology association) .
