Today we have signed a very exciting contract for us from a technical point of view. It is the energy refurbishment of the building that host the Punta Europa Hospital in Algeciras, which will tackle aspects related to the building envelope and the renovation of facilities to more energy efficient ones and which will involve an investment of more than 16 million euros. Once these actions have been carried out, the Punta Europa Hospital will be positioned at the forefront of sustainability and energy efficiency in this type of infrastructure. Undoubtedly a complex project, in which we have VIRAI arquitectura as partners, with whom we formed the joint venture that has been awarded this tender. We are very grateful for the trust placed in us by those responsible for the Hospital Punta Europa.
