Project description
Cervezas San Miguel S.L.U. needed to make the refurbishment and adaptation of some of their warehouses and laboratory located in the packing area of the factory that the company owns in the Poligono Airport of the city of Malaga. Ingho was selected to do the engineering project and construction management in this laboratory, the experience in the design of laboratories in hospitals was the best guarantee for our customer.
Results
Cervezas San Miguel factory has been equipped with laboratories with modern and functional facilities that enables an outstanding performance. The noise in the laboratory was one of the main concern that the client wanted to solve, the implemented solutions to achieve an expcecional noise dumping was highly appreciated by our customer. On the other hand, energy saving measures have been implemented based on the reduction of demand and improvement of energy efficiency for the equipment, the final user has got the perception of better comfort conditions and energy consumption was reduced above 25%.
