Project description
The new hospital of Toledo has got 247.000 m2 along 10 floors and it will be equipped with 1142 beds. The budget allocated for the technological equipment for the hospital is 50 millions €: 18 millions € for high technology, 16 millions € for surgery equipment; 8,1 millions € for operation room; 4,5 millions € for laboratories; 1,5 millions € for pharma and 1,1 millions € for sterlization equipment. Ingho has been contracted to do the equipment inventory for the existing hospital to organize the equipment transfer and also to make the equipment plan for the new hospital.
Results
The equipment inventory has been done using the platform GRIDE, it is an own-design SW tool that has improved the inventory process using QR code and updating inventory in real time over a cloud database.
