Project description
Refurbisment and extension of C.A.R.E. Bola Azul, Hospital Complex Torrecárdenas in Almería. The project is complex becuse the hospital faces the extension and modification in an area which can not stop working and the activity could not be reduced. The project schedule and facilities deployment was constrained for this requirement, the communication and coordintation with hospital was a key issue during project execution.
Results
Sucess in integration of existing and new facilities in the building, the impact on the hospital operation was reduced at minimum during the construction, an excellent work planning and monitoring the project execution was the main issue to highlight.

Engineering project and construction management for all the building facilities: HVAC, electricity, plumbing/ drainage, control, communications, gases and fire protection.
